This project has been my most difficult and challenging yet, and the final pieces are, so far, my most satisfying series. I worked nonstop—9am to 2am—for a whole month: exhausted, but so rewarding. Special thanks to designer Stacey Bendet & Jeon Somi, special guest for the event from Korea.

I sourced fabrics that most closely match the original pieces from this season’s collection. All garments are hand-sewn, stitch by stitch—it gives them the best fit. I hope each doll conveys a distinct personality, so I’ve given them slightly different features, facial expression, makeup and hairstyles, and matched the accessories as closely as possible to the original styling.

The craftsmanship of this doll bag charm for the Alice & Olivia party—each doll has its own face shape, skin tone, and bun position, making each one unique and destined to find its owner, all down to fate. And there are actually eyes painted underneath the sunglasses
